You can return items purchased directly from [merino tech store] within 30 days from the ship date as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging. (with the original label attached)*

• We reserve the right to limit returns.
• In your original shipment, we have provided a shipping label to attach to your return.
• Include a return address in the provided label if it is different from the original shipping address.
• All refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
• We cannot accept C.O.D.

We’ll issue your refund or exchange within approximately 48 hours of receiving it. Refunds typically appear on your credit card statement within 5-20 business days.
