Holiday Returns — Extended

Gift with confidence: returns until January 31, 2027

Items purchased from November 1 to December 31, 2026 can be returned until January 31, 2027, or within 30 days of delivery — whichever is later. Just submit your return request by that date. All other conditions below apply.

Returns at a glance

How to start a return

  1. Email us at help@merino.tech with your order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack all items in one parcel — your free label covers one shipment per order, so it's best to try everything on first. Additional labels are at the customer's cost.
  4. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within about 48 hours. Refunds typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging.
  • If your order included a bonus pair of socks, please include it with your return.

Not eligible for return or exchange

  • All socks (single pairs and multi-packs) and all underwear, including boxers — for hygiene reasons.
  • Final sale and clearance items.
