I am 6"2 220 pounds and typically wear an XL shirt. I read a lot of reviews before purchasing and I saw many ppl said they run small. I lift weights and have an athletic build. I purchased these for a bike trip this summer so I didn't want them to be too lose. Glad I went with XL. Not crazy tight but definitely a bit more form fitting around the arms and shoulders. I am happy with the fit and feel and I'm sure they will be great for my trip.

The fit on the shirt is good and it seems like it will be warm although I haven't really been outside in the cold yet.
Love love love these shirts! The only downside is that if you get a solid print, the little balls, that will inevitably start forming since it's a garment made of wool, will be somewhat visible. They can easily be removed with a Razor though.I already have 3 and I'll be definitely buying more of these.
